I need to return my pickups, how do I do that and what is your policy?

Decided against that new setup?  Happened to win that eBay listing for the same thing?  It's ok - we get it.  We accept returns of unused, uninstalled, unopened pickups and pedals within 30 days of your original receipt of the goods.  For the sake of clarity, they need to be in the same condition you received them (original unused item, original packaging, all accessories, etc.).   To return an item, please head to Amazon's return center and follow their instructions (all of our items are fulfilled through Amazon - for more on our fulfillment relationship with Amazon please click here)....

How does DiMarzio's 30 day product guarantee work?

Where do you ship to?

How do you keep my payment information secure?

It turns out the answer to this question is easy - we don't have your payment information and can't ever see it.  Our payment processor, Shopify (public company NYSE:SHOP) runs your credit/debit card and sends us the proceeds.  We can see your billing address, shipping address, the last 4 digits of the card used, and the card's expiration date, but that is it.   There are some bad actors out there on the internet though and while part of our charm (we hope!) is that we are a small company, that may concern some of you.  No worries, if still...
